Limelight Media Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: LMMG) of Memphis, TN has signed a sponsorship agreement with Bang Racing out of Charlotte, NC. The agreement calls for Limelight to be an associate sponsor of Bang Racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series that includes the No. 42 Toyota Tundra with driver Mike Skinner, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series 1995 Inaugural Champion, and the No. 24 LINE-X Spray-on Truck Bedliners Tundra with driver Travis Kvapil, reigning 2003 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Champion. The agreement includes Limelight's sponsorship of Bang Racing in the Nextel Cup series during the second half of 2004 as the team prepares for its full time entrance in the Nextel Cup Series in 2005.

Through the partnership, Bang Racing will be able to add the Limelight captive audience networks to its integrated marketing solutions for sponsors wishing to advertise their products to specific demographic targets. This includes sponsorships of Limelight's exclusive "Action Sports" program, featured in leading cinema lobbies and retail locations nationwide.
